Job Description

Intech Technologies is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background and proficiency in troubleshooting various technical issues. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in electrical systems and provides excellent customer service while maintaining and repairing equipment. A valid bike and the ability to travel to different job sites are mandatory for this position. The Service Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of client equipment by diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently. The Service Technician works independently, handling installation, maintenance, and repair tasks across multiple locations without direct team management duties. This role demands hands-on technical troubleshooting skills combined with a practical understanding of electrical systems. Providing prompt and professional service to clients is critical, as is maintaining a high standard of safety and quality in all work performed. The candidate is expected to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues while maintaining accurate service records.
Responsibilities
 

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to electrical and mechanical systems.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations at client locations using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client concerns and providing clear explanations of repair processes.
• Travel to different sites efficiently using a bike, ensuring timely arrival and completion of service calls.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all service procedures.
• Collaborate with the technical team and company management to report recurring issues or suggest improvements.
• Use technical knowledge to support the training of junior technicians when required.
• Manage service schedules to maximize productivity and minimize downtime for clients.
• Keep up-to-date with new technology and equipment relevant to the company's offerings.
