As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking qualified lawyers based in Pakistan with strong English communication skills and a background in employment or contract law to join our Settlement Agreement Lawyers team, supporting clients primarily in the UK. We are also offering the opportunity to qualify as an SRA-regulated solicitor within our firm.


 

Role Overview


 

You will provide legal advice and support on employment settlement agreements, helping clients understand their rights, reviewing documents, and ensuring compliance with UK standards under supervision and collaboration with UK-qualified partners.


 

This role is ideal for lawyers who are client-oriented, commercially aware, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, digital environment.


 

Key Responsibilities


 

  • Review and advise on UK-style employment settlement agreements.
  • Draft, review, and amend employment-related documents.
  • Liaise with clients professionally and provide practical legal guidance.
  • Collaborate with UK-qualified lawyers and the wider employment law team.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all advice.


 

Requirements


 

  • Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
  • Registered lawyer in Pakistan in good standing with the relevant Bar Council.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in employment, contract, or corporate law.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to handle workload with supervision.
  • Strong understanding of professional ethics and client confidentiality.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.


 

Desirable


 

  • Prior experience working with or advising international clients, especially UK-based.
  • Familiarity with UK employment or contract law frameworks (training will be provided).
