Job Title: Shift Manager

Location: Karachi (North, Bukhari, Clifton)
Salary: PKR 48,000 + Sales Commission

Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Shift Manager to manage daily operations, lead the team, and ensure smooth business functioning during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain service, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise shift operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and support team members to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, and minimize wastage.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accurate shift closing procedures.
• Support sales achievement and drive customer satisfaction.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with management for operational improvements.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in QSR, hospitality, retail, or related industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory/shift management role preferred.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
