We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage the smooth operation of shared kitchen facilities, ensuring effective coordination among various stakeholders to deliver flawless orders from kitchen to consumer. This role focuses on overseeing daily kitchen activities, optimizing preparation and delivery times, and maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and licensing standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who drives operational efficiency and cost reduction across a network of kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely order delivery from kitchen to customer.
- Manage daily operations of shared kitchens, maintaining the highest quality and service standards.
- Optimize order preparation times for restaurant partners and improve rider-to-customer delivery schedules to enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site hygiene, and licensing requirements as per SFA guidelines.
- Lead initiatives to improve kitchen operational efficiency for restaurant partners.
- Implement strategies to increase site efficiency and reduce costs across the kitchen network.
- Conduct daily food safety audits to uphold compliance and quality assurance.
- Utilize creative problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in kitchen operations or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in multi-site restaurant operations, particularly in high-volume production and food delivery environments.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong capacity for independent learning.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is a full-time contract role for 12 months, requiring on-site presence to provide hands-on management and operational oversight.
