Role Description

This is a full-time site supervisor role. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company’s quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, managing site workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and reporting progress to project managers. This role requires on-site presence in Karachi.

Qualifications

 

• Experience in site supervision, construction management, and project coordination
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's  degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
