Social Media & Content Manager — BlueLift

BlueLift is a technology company specializing in building white-label Real World Assets (RWA) infrastructure for regulated issuers. We are seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to enhance BlueLift’s digital presence across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will focus on B2B technology, fintech, blockchain, real-world assets, and institutional audiences, helping to establish BlueLift as a credible and authoritative brand in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage BlueLift’s social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
- Write professional, clear, and engaging content related to RWA infrastructure, blockchain, regulated digital assets, fintech, and company updates.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, business-friendly language.
- Create founder-led content for the CEO’s personal LinkedIn profile and the company page.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce posts, carousels, banners, and campaign creatives.
- Publish a variety of content including product updates, hiring announcements, event coverage, thought leadership, and industry insights.
- Monitor trends in RWA, fintech, blockchain, and regulatory developments to identify new content opportunities.
- Drive engagement with founders, institutions, investors, and industry professionals.
- Track and analyze content performance, providing monthly reports on reach, engagement, follower growth, and top-performing topics.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all digital channels.
- Support communications for events, PR, partnerships, and product launches as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms in a professional capacity.
- Ability to craft B2B and technology-focused content that resonates with institutional audiences.
- Strong understanding of fintech, blockchain, SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology sectors.
- Skilled in researching technical topics and converting them into accurate, easy-to-understand content.
- Strong sense of branding, tone, and visual content quality.
- Experience with content planning, analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
- Comfortable collaborating with designers, developers, and senior management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with fintech, blockchain, SaaS, or technology companies.
- Experience writing founder-led LinkedIn content.
- Familiarity with Real World Assets (RWA), tokenization, or regulated digital assets.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and PR content strategies.

This role is not focused solely on posting graphics or entertainment content. We seek a candidate who can contribute to building a credible and institutional technology brand with thoughtful, strategic communication.
