Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Social Media Coordinator to manage posting, scheduling, and content tracking for multiple international client accounts. This position requires prior hands-on experience and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and publish content of international clients across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Use scheduling tools such as Vista Social
  • Create and manage client tracking sheets (posting dates, titles, status)
  • Ensure content is published on time and in the correct format
  • Maintain accurate and organized records
  • Follow platform-specific posting guidelines and best practices
  • Assist with other coordination and administrative tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media posting and scheduling
  • Hands-on experience with Vista Social or similar tools
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
  • Strong understanding of social media platform rules and formats
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
