Social Media Executive

SourceCode is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team and elevate our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. This full-time, on-site position is based in PECHS Block 3, Karachi, with flexible shifts available from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging content, growing brand awareness, increasing audience interaction, and supporting the expansion of our online community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content including posts, stories, reels, and videos that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor social media channels actively, engage with followers, and manage the brand’s online reputation effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare detailed reports, and optimize strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure smooth and cohesive campaign execution.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform changes, and industry best practices to keep the brand competitive.
- Support the management of paid social media campaigns aimed at expanding brand reach and generating leads.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and effective content strategies.
- Excellent communication skills paired with creative thinking and proficient copywriting abilities.
- Basic familiarity with analytics tools and paid advertising is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
