Social Media Marketing Executive

GEO PTE Academy, situated in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, is looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to join their team on either a full-time or contract basis. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing and be ready to start immediately. This role focuses on managing the academy’s digital presence, executing paid advertising campaigns, and developing strategies to boost engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads to support brand growth and lead generation. Maintain daily posting schedules, including stories and reels, to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging. Analyze campaign performance data and prepare detailed reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Conduct research on competitors, audience behavior, and market trends to refine marketing strategies. Collaborate closely with content creators and design teams to produce compelling visuals and copy. Respond promptly to audience inquiries to foster positive brand engagement and maintain a strong online community.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field is required. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in social media marketing; however, fresh graduates with strong skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Ads is essential. Excellent command of English, along with strong communication, creativity, and time management skills, is necessary. A solid understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms is expected. Immediate availability to join is a must.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000 per month, depending on experience.
