About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Social Media Manager / Lead to join our growing remote team in Pakistan. In this role, you will drive our lead generation efforts by planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns to attract prospective students interested in studying in the UK.

You will play a critical role in scaling our marketing performance and helping students connect with life-changing educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of paid social, display, and other digital lead generation campaigns
• Plan and execute campaigns to generate high-quality student leads
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and content
• Build and manage campaign structures, targeting strategies, and ad copy
• Optimize campaigns to balance lead quality, volume, and ROI
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance
• Monitor campaigns daily and generate actionable insights
• Prepare performance reports and share recommendations with stakeholders
• Identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve results
• Stay updated on new platforms, tools, and digital marketing trends
• Work closely with the marketing team to scale successful strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in paid social media and performance marketing
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads / Display / Programmatic
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in Excel (Power BI or similar tools are a plus)
• Experience with:
• Google Analytics
• Google Tag Manager
• Ability to create high-converting ad copy and campaign strategies
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 120,000 per month
• Commission: Performance-based incentives
