About The Role

We are seeking a driven, results-focused Social Media Specialist for our client to manage and elevate social media strategies across multiple brands and personal profiles. This role is ideal for someone with a proven ability to grow engagement, drive brand awareness, and deliver measurable social media results.

This is a hands-on role involving content strategy, social media analytics, and brand storytelling. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and native social platform analytics (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics) is preferred, along with professional fluency in English.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Design engaging content for social media platforms, including static posts and reels.
Manage and maintain the organization's presence on key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
Use analytics tools to track and measure social media performance.
Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, social media tools, and best practices.
Monitor for potential issues on social media and develop strategies for effective crisis management.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance.

Who Are We Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a related field
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Proven track record of growing social media engagement and brand presence
Skilled in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and platform analytics.
Analytical mindset with a creative approach to content and community management
Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in testing new social media strategies
Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills

Position: Social Media Specialist

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Pakistan

Working Hours: 3 pm to 12 am PKT

Salary: PKR 75,000 per month
