Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi Division for a Software Support and Quality Assurance professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing software support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring software quality through rigorous testing. They will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve bugs, create and execute test plans, and ensure the software meets the company's quality standards.

Qualifications

• Software support and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Ability to create and execute test plans
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with testing tools and methodologies
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
