Solar Technician

Job Objective

To execute the installation of solar energy systems efficiently and in accordance with technical standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site mechanical work, including the installation of solar panels on rooftop mounting structures.
• Carry out electrical work, including AC/DC wiring of solar panels and inverters.
• Execute tasks by accurately interpreting electrical schematics and CAD drawings.
• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain neat and organized wiring practices during installation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and solar PV installations
• Ability to perform clean and organized electrical wiring
• Basic knowledge of technical drawings and schematics
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work on-site and at heights

Education

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in residential and commercial solar system installations

Compensation

• Salary: PKR 45,000 – 55,000 per month

• On-site / In Person
