Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Special Education Specialist. The role involves working closely with children to implement individualized education plans, applying evidence-based practices to support their unique needs, and utilizing specialized teaching techniques to promote academic, social, and emotional development. The Specialist will collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to ensure the success and well-being of children with special needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis and expertise in Special Education
• Strong communication skills to engage with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in teaching or working with children, preferably in an educational or therapeutic environment
• Ability to design and implement effective educational strategies and interventions
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Special Education, or a related field
• Familiarity with inclusive teaching practices and adaptive learning techniques
