Position:"Special Educator" for Primary Section.

Key Responsibilities :
1-Develop lesson plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to the needs of Deaf students
2-Conduct bilingual classes (Pakistan Sign Language + written communication)
3-Use visual aids and interactive activities to enhance learning
4-Maintain student records using Excel and collaborate with parents
5-Contribute to curriculum development and assist in school programs

Requirements :
1-Bachelor’s degree (Special Education preferred)
2-Fluency in Pakistan Sign Language (PSL) or willingness to learn
3-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
4-Strong visual and written communication skills
5-Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills in documentation
