Bloom Academy by KVTC is looking for a motivated and experienced Sports Trainer to join our team in Karachi.

Location: PECHS, Karachi.

The Sports Trainer will plan and conduct structured physical and sports activities designed to support students’ fitness, coordination, confidence, teamwork, discipline, and overall physical development. The role requires someone who can create engaging, safe, and appropriately structured activities for students with varying ages and ability levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct structured sports and physical training sessions.
• Develop students’ fitness, strength, stamina, coordination, and physical skills.
• Teach the fundamentals, techniques, and rules of indoor and outdoor sports.
• Develop training plans suited to different age groups and ability levels.
• Monitor and evaluate individual student performance and physical progress.
• Ensure proper supervision and safety during all physical activities.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship.
• Organize sports events, games, and competitions.
• Maintain sports equipment, inventory, and training facilities.
• Encourage participation in physical education and extracurricular sports activities.
• Coordinate with teachers, staff, and administration to implement sports programs effectively.
• Support the institution’s broader physical and recreational development objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Certification in Fitness Training.
• 2+ years of experience in sports training or physical education.
• Strong communication, organizational, and student-management skills.
• Ability to adapt training activities to different ages and ability levels.
