Job Overview:
The Store Manager will oversee hospital store operations, managing inventory, procurement, and stock management to ensure the availability of medical supplies and equipment. This role also involves implementing storage systems, conducting audits, and supervising store staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital store, ensuring stock availability.
Oversee inventory control, procurement, and timely restocking of supplies.
Implement and maintain storage systems for medical products.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Supervise, train, and lead store staff.
Coordinate procurement, including vendor relations and pricing negotiations.
Maintain records using inventory management software and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharm-D, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in hospital inventory or store management.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and compliance.
Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
Skills:
