Store Promoter

Job Description

• Develop and foster strong relationships with Department Heads/Managers, as well as Floor Sales Staff.
• Implement and optimize product placement, pricing tag, and promotional displays.
• Collaborate with the Modern Trade Manager to identify revenue for sales growth.
• Regularly monitor stock levels and ensure stocks availability of all models at respective stores.
• Conduct training sessions for Store floor store staff on product features, benefits, and effective selling techniques to drive brand sales.
• Analyse floor sales data of competitors and market sales trends to pinpoint growth opportunities and enhance brand performance.
• Work closely with Head Office teams to devise and execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide consistent feedback to Modern Trade Manger regarding market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Stocks offloading & stocks stacking at floor.
