Job Summary
The Student Affairs Assistant will be responsible for:
Issuance of Provisional Admission offer letter as per data provided by EMIS Assistant
Maintain record of withdrawals / cancellation of admissions.
Fee Recovery
Float students’ related data from and to relevant departments and ensure its effective implementation.
Control Report Cards / Results of fee defaulters and issue the same only after recovery of dues.
Maintain authentic and traceable records of student at all times and take necessary steps to ensure retaining such data in a secure manner for lifetime.
Prepare of admission kit timely which may include schools’ fact sheets, information booklet, admission information, admission schedule, admission form, and other admission and information related documents.
Issue admission offers and process final admission.
Ensure timely entry of student’s data into Student Information System.
Deal with examination board in connection with students’ registration & enrolment for board conducted exams and for conducting practical exams.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
The ideal candidate should have 16 years of education, including qualifications in library and information science.
Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are also essential.
