Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and study preferences.
- Assist students in selecting suitable programs and universities that align with their goals and eligibility criteria.
- Explain admission procedures, scholarship opportunities, and visa requirements clearly to students and their families.
- Coordinate the collection and submission of necessary documentation for university applications and visa processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring all information is properly documented and tracked.
- Provide detailed information and support related to test preparation for international exams.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Offer continuous support to students until they secure admission and complete all pre-departure formalities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance counseling processes and participate in outreach activities to promote Kaplan’s services.
- Uphold the organization’s values of trust, transparency, and professionalism in all interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in student and career counseling, with the ability to guide learners in choosing appropriate courses, institutions, and study destinations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide clear guidance, manage expectations, and build lasting relationships with students and their families.
- Solid understanding of international education pathways, admission processes, and study abroad requirements for key countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
- Effective organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple student cases, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proficiency in common office software and online communication tools to manage records, prepare reports, and support virtual interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment while maintaining a student-centered and ethical approach to counseling.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
