The Student Enrollment Officer is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process by providing accurate information about available programs, assisting with application procedures, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills to help meet enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person.
Provide accurate information regarding courses, schedules, fees, and certification programs.
Guide students through the application and enrollment process.
Follow up with potential leads and maintain a database using CRM tools.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a seamless onboarding.
Participate in open houses, education fairs, and outreach campaigns.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education, Business, or Marketing).
1-3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service roles (education sector preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and highly motivated.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
