Student Relationship Manager (Male)

Aptech Learning Center is seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling student interactions, managing teams, and overseeing floor operations. This role is critical to maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring that students receive the highest level of support throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students to enhance their overall experience.
• Lead and manage a team of student advisors and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on student satisfaction, feedback, and other key performance indicators.
• Oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring a smooth and organized environment for students and staff.
• Address student concerns and issues promptly, finding effective solutions to enhance their learning experience.
• Collaborate closely with faculty, administration, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to student management.
