Job Description

We are looking for a committed Study Abroad Counselor to support students aspiring to pursue higher education in countries such as Canada, the UK, Australia, the USA, Europe, and other international destinations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in guiding students through various program options, evaluating their academic backgrounds and career goals, and providing thorough assistance throughout the application and visa processes. This position demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping students realize their educational ambitions overseas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students in exploring and selecting study abroad programs across multiple countries including Canada, the UK, Australia, the USA, and Europe.
- Evaluate students’ academic qualifications and career objectives to recommend appropriate institutions and courses.
- Offer comprehensive support with application documentation, visa paperwork, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), and financial documentation.
- Conduct mock visa interview sessions and provide personalized coaching to prepare students effectively.
- Maintain consistent communication with students, ensuring timely updates and accurate record keeping throughout the process.

Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; candidates with backgrounds in education, business, or international relations will be preferred.
- Previous experience in student counseling, international education, or visa consulting is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- In-depth knowledge of visa procedures and admission requirements for popular study destinations.
- Proficiency in client management, time organization, and maintaining detailed records.

- The monthly salary begins at Rs65,000.00.
