METRO opened its first cash & carry wholesale center in Pakistan in 2007 & expanded to 5 wholesale centers in a short span of 18 months. In July 2012 METRO and Makro-Habib combined their wholesale business in Pakistan marking the beginning of a long-term partnership to the mutual benefit of both companies. The merger allowed METRO and Makro-Habib to combine resources and gain the financial strength to lead and grow in a challenging environment and to gain synergies targeted to generate value for our customers and suppliers alike. Today the company is operating 10 wholesale centers in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad & Faisalabad with the registered name of METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd.

Job Description

 

• Manage and organise deliveries to customers, ensuring correct quantity and specifications.
• Oversee stock availability, coordinate with call centre for customer communication, and offer substitutes when necessary.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including stock levels, quality maintenance, and adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate route planning, prepare gate passes, and manage delivery documentation.
• Monitor team performance, including pickers, packers, QC, and delivery personnel, to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding delivery issues.
• Review and approve operational activities, ensuring efficient and timely service throughout the ecommerce process.
  
   

Qualifications

Intermediate with 4-6 years of experience or Bachelors/Masters
