Job Description

A Supply Chain Executive is responsible for managing the flow of data within the supply chain by efficiently handling input and output processes through SAP. This role involves actively overseeing and prioritizing data maintenance tasks to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency. The position also requires preparing various reports, letters, and memos using software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP, which supports effective communication and documentation across supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage data input and output within SAP systems to maintain precise and up-to-date supply chain records.
- Participate in prioritizing and supervising tasks related to data maintenance to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and compile reports, letters, and memos using Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP to facilitate clear communication.
- Support the supply chain team by ensuring timely and accurate management of data and documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- At least one year of experience in supply chain operations or data management within a supply chain environment.
