Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a committed Supply Chain professional to join our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supply chain management within manufacturing settings and be skilled in ensuring the timely planning and delivery of raw materials. This role demands strong communication with clients and suppliers, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. The position is full-time and requires in-person attendance, with a preference for candidates living in or near Nazimabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of raw materials to support continuous production schedules.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain quality products at competitive prices while ensuring on-time delivery.
- Utilize strong computer skills to maintain accurate records, track inventory, and generate necessary reports.
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet production deadlines and resolve supply chain challenges as they arise.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain roles within manufacturing environments.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including supply chain management software and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Candidates must reside in or near Nazimabad.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time role with a monthly salary range of Rs100,000 to Rs110,000.
- The position requires physical presence at the manufacturing site to facilitate direct coordination with production and supply teams.
