Surveillance Officer

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Surveillance Officer to manage security operations across multiple branches. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong integrity, and have experience with surveillance systems. This role involves continuous monitoring of activities, quick identification of potential risks, and effective communication with management and security teams to ensure the safety of staff, customers, and property.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV footage across all branch locations to detect unusual or suspicious activities.
- Promptly identify and report any security breaches to the appropriate authorities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all observations and incidents.
- Collaborate closely with branch managers and security personnel to implement and enforce safety protocols.
- Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues immediately.
- Assist internal investigations by providing necessary surveillance data and insights.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to management, highlighting key observations and security concerns.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of intermediate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in surveillance, security, or a related field is preferred, ideally 1 to 2 years.
- Proficiency in operating CCTV and other monitoring systems is essential.
