Job Overview

Level3 BOS (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a vigilant, responsible, and detail-oriented Surveillance Officer to join our Security & Operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, ensuring the safety and security of company premises, assets, and personnel during night shift operations.

This is a strictly onsite position based in Karachi, and candidates must be willing to work night shift from 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Monitor live CCTV feeds, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems throughout the facility during assigned hours.
• Identify, document, and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or policy violations.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily surveillance activities, incidents, and observations.
• Coordinate with security guards, supervisors, and management in case of emergencies or unusual incidents.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues to the concerned department.
• Review recorded footage when required for investigations or internal audits.
• Enforce company security policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, alerts, or emergency situations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance data and company information.
• Assist management and HR in security-related investigations when required.
  
   

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong observation and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain alert, focused, and calm during night hours.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CCTV / surveillance systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
• Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and discipline.
  
   

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in surveillance, security monitoring, or a similar role is preferred.
• Prior experience in corporate offices, control rooms, or security operations will be an advantage.
• Fresh candidates with strong observational skills may also apply.

• Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
• Work Location: Onsite – Karachi (No remote or hybrid option)
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, or extended hours if required.
