Job Description: Surveillance Officer

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in CCTV surveillance / monitoring

We are hiring a vigilant and responsible Surveillance Officer to monitor CCTV systems and ensure safety, security, and compliance within the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV camera feeds from the control room.

Observe and identify suspicious activities or security threats.

Record incidents, events, and daily activities in log reports.

Inform security staff or management about any unusual activity.

Review recorded CCTV footage when required.

Ensure confidentiality of surveillance information.

Follow company security policies and procedures.

Work in shifts, including night shifts if required.

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 1 year experience as Surveillance Officer / CCTV Operator.

Good observation and reporting skills.

Ability to remain alert for long monitoring hours.

Basic computer knowledge for reporting.

Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude.

Education:

Minimum Matric / Intermediate preferred.
