Job Description

A leading Organization at Port Qasim Required Immediate Joiner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for mid-level manufacturing roles
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with line managers
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for production, quality, and technical roles
• Promote job openings through relevant channels (job boards, groups, referrals)
• Ensure fast turnaround time and quality hiring

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in manufacturing/industrial roles)
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Ability to meet hiring deadlines and handle volume hiring
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or relevant field
• Manufacturing Background Will be prefer
• Immediate Joining And relocate on Port Qasim
