💼 Key Responsibilities:

✨ Source and engage high-quality candidates for various International Customer Service roles.

✨ Conduct initial screenings and interviews to ensure a perfect match for our team culture and business needs.

✨ Coordinate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles.

✨ Maintain and update candidate pipelines to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

🔑 Requirements:

✅ For Interns: No prior experience required; a keen interest in recruitment is a plus!

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

✅ Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for talent acquisition.

Timings: 12pm-9pm

Working days: 6 days
