We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Officer to join our Head Office in Karachi. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle across all departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process from candidate sourcing to final selection. This role requires close collaboration with department heads to accurately understand hiring needs, effective communication with candidates, and meticulous maintenance of recruitment records. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and experienced in leveraging various sourcing platforms to attract high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all departments, ensuring timely and successful hiring outcomes.
- Work closely with department heads to identify and define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source and screen candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and employee referral programs.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep candidate records and recruitment status updated in the system to ensure accurate tracking.
- Conduct thorough background and reference checks to validate candidate information.
- Extend job offers and handle negotiation processes professionally to secure candidate acceptance.
- Ensure all open positions are closed within the agreed timelines, maintaining recruitment efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, communication, and organizational management.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and online recruitment tools.
