Taxation Manager - (Group Level)

Waterlink Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Taxation Manager to join our group-level finance team. The Taxation Manager will be responsible for managing the group's tax compliance and planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the group's tax compliance and planning activities, including the preparation and filing of tax returns and managing tax audits
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the group's tax strategy is aligned with best practices and industry standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and authorities
• Provide tax-related advice and support to the group's business units
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the group's tax position and minimize tax liabilities

Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, ICMA / ACCA qualified or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in tax compliance and planning related to corporate and property taxation
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
