Team Lead Customer Support

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Customer Support at Liberty Books Pvt Ltd., located in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi Division. The Team Lead Customer Support will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing any technical support queries. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions, analyzing support metrics, and enhancing customer service processes.

• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Technical Support experience
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi Division
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plu
