𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time - Onsite |8pm to 5am| Karachi

Location: 9th floor fortune tower shahrahe faisal karachi

Job Summary:

We're seeking a creative Team Lead to oversee UI/UX design, custom graphic animation, and mobile & web design projects. You'll lead the design team, manage projects, and ensure seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design team in creating UI/UX designs

- Develop custom graphic animations

- Establish design guidelines and best practices

- Conduct user research and usability testing

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Manage multiple projects and mentor junior designers

Requirements:

- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision

- Strong understanding of responsive design and animation

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and animation expertise

Ideal Candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or UI/UX Design

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
