Location: Lahore/Karachi

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop PD / LGD / EAD / CCF models using statistical tools/methodology based on a wide variety of internal and external data sources in line with SBP & IFRS 9 requirements/guidelines.
  • Develop credit risk rating models and behavioral scorecards for various business segments/products of the Bank.
  • Assist the Head – IRM in re-calibration of PD, LGD, EAD, and macroeconomic regression models.
  • Assist in the implementation/development of end-to-end IFRS 9 ECL model engine solutions.
  • Validate existing model assumptions and parameters including back-testing/benchmarking and carry out analysis to improve accuracy.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and update of Policies and Procedures related to the internal credit risk rating framework and IFRS 9.
  • Provide support, supervision, monitoring, and development/extension in the existing implemented Loan Origination System (LOS).

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized University/Foreign University. Preference shall be given to Master Degree holders.

Experience: Minimum 07 to 09 Years of Banking/Non-Banking experience with at least 04 years of relevant experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of May 26, 2026.
