Job Description

1.      Analyze technical and business requirements to design IT solutions.

2.      Develop, configure, and customize enterprise software (ERP, CRM, etc.).

3.      Integrate third-party applications and ensure smooth data flow between systems.

4.      Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

5.       Conduct system testing (unit, integration, and performance testing) to ensure quality.

6.      Optimize databases, scripts, and software performance for better efficiency.

7.      Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

8.      Provide technical support and training to users and IT teams.

9.      Ensure system security, compliance, and risk management.
