Technical PreSales Engineer - Fire Protection System

We are looking for a motivated Technical Pre-Sales Engineer (Fire Protection System) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical details effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Making Technical and Financial proposals as per the consultant / client BOQ and specifications
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the firefighting product portfolio to effectively communicate technical details to clients
• Analyze client requirements and design customized fire safety solutions compliant with NFPA, UL and Local fire codes.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to acquire the necessary product details, quotations and ensure the proposed solutions meet quality and compliance standard.
• Provide post-sale support by coordinating with project teams to ensure successful implementation of systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation for understanding the systems.
• 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, fire system design or technical support for relevant systems.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing client concerns with innovative solutions.
• Strong teamwork skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of fire protection systems and firefighting industry standards.
