To support our growing Unilux portfolio, we are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and promote Unilux solutions across the region.
Role Overview
The Technical Sales Executive will promote and sell Unilux products, including advanced inspection and lighting solutions used in packaging and printing applications. The ideal candidate will have a science background (Physics, Chemistry, or related fields) and a passion for technical sales, providing expert guidance to clients without requiring an engineering degree.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
Product Knowledge & Consultation: Develop a deep understanding of Unilux inspection and lighting solutions to effectively communicate their benefits and applications in flexible packaging.
Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: To showcase product effectiveness, we conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical discussions with clients.
Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain sales data, prepare reports, and contribute to sales planning and forecasting.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, or related fields).
Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical sales role within the packaging, printing, or industrial equipment sectors.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical products to customers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in building client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Prior experience in sales related to printing, packaging machinery, or inspection systems is a plus.
