We are a team of 40+ experts who are passionate about delivering real, measurable results for our clients. We move fast, think strategically, and hold ourselves to a high standard. We're looking for a talented Technical SEO Specialist in Pakistan to grow with us.
The Role
We are hiring an experienced, detail-oriented Technical SEO Specialist to monitor, diagnose, and improve the technical SEO health of websites across our client portfolio.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying technical problems that could negatively affect crawling, indexing, organic visibility, and website performance, and implementing the appropriate fixes.
You will work extensively with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, WordPress, and other SEO tools to identify both common technical SEO problems and unexpected website changes that could impact search performance.
This is a hands-on role. You will not simply produce audits and recommendations. You will investigate issues, determine their root causes, implement fixes when appropriate, and verify that problems have been resolved.
Primary Responsibility: Technical SEO Monitoring, Audits & Fixes
This is the core focus of the role. You will be responsible for proactively monitoring the technical health of client websites and identifying issues before they significantly impact organic search performance.
- Conduct recurring technical SEO audits across client websites using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools
- Monitor Google indexing and identify important pages that unexpectedly become deindexed or fail to index
- Investigate and resolve crawling and indexing problems
- Identify and fix accidental noindex directives, robots.txt issues, canonical problems, and other crawlability or indexability issues
- Audit XML sitemaps and ensure important indexable URLs are properly included and accessible to search engines
- Identify and resolve incorrect canonical tags, duplicate URLs, and conflicting indexing signals
- Find and fix 404 errors, soft 404s, broken internal links, 5XX errors, redirect chains, and redirect loops
- Identify orphan pages and other technical internal linking problems
- Monitor Google Search Console for indexing changes, crawl problems, Core Web Vitals issues, manual actions, and security warnings
- Diagnose JavaScript and rendering issues that may prevent search engines from properly crawling, rendering, or indexing website content
- Audit Core Web Vitals and diagnose technical website performance issues
- Identify structured data/schema errors and implement appropriate fixes
- Compare current and previous website crawls to identify unexpected technical changes and SEO regressions
- Investigate unexpected changes to URLs, navigation, site architecture, templates, page counts, redirects, or indexability
- Determine whether technical problems were caused by website changes, WordPress plugins, themes, hosting changes, developers, or client modifications
- Perform technical SEO QA following website updates, migrations, redesigns, and other significant website changes
- Implement technical SEO fixes directly within WordPress and verify that the fixes have been successfully applied
- Prioritize technical issues based on severity and their potential impact on organic search visibility
- Maintain clear documentation of identified issues, completed fixes, and recurring technical problems across client websites
- Stay current with Google Search technical requirements, algorithm changes, crawling/indexing developments, and technical SEO best practices
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have:
- 2+ years of hands-on Technical SEO experience
- Strong proficiency with Google Search Console
- Strong proficiency with Screaming Frog SEO Spider
- Strong understanding of how Google crawls, renders, indexes, and canonicalizes webpages
- Strong knowledge of robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, HTTP status codes, and indexing directives
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex crawling and indexing problems
- Experience identifying technical SEO issues and implementing the fixes, not simply producing audit reports
- Strong experience implementing technical SEO fixes on WordPress websites
- Understanding of JavaScript rendering and its potential impact on crawling and indexing
- Experience diagnosing Core Web Vitals and website performance issues
- Understanding of structured data/schema implementation and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze crawl data and identify unusual website changes or technical regressions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written English for clear reporting and internal communication
- Ability to manage technical SEO work across multiple client websites simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize issues based on severity and potential SEO impact
- Must be comfortable working with a hybrid US-based team on EST hours
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with a large portfolio of websites in an SEO agency environment
- Agency or white label SEO experience
- Experience with Ahrefs or SEMrush

- Experience with website migrations and technical SEO QA
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience comparing historical Screaming Frog crawls to identify website changes and technical regressions
- Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Claude for technical SEO analysis, automation, and workflows
We Offer
- Competitive salary: PKR 200,000 - 320,000/month based on experience
- 100% remote position with a growing US-based Inc. 5000 company
