Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Technical Support Engineer (L1) who will be responsible for providing

  • first line of support for technical issues
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware & network problems
  • Ensure smooth communication and top-notch customer service


 

Requirement

  • 1+ year of working experience (preferred with international clients)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
