Job Summary:
Solutions Corporation is looking for a proactive and skilled Telecom Engineer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with radio communication systems, including installation, programming, and maintenance particularly with brands like Kenwood, Motorola, and Hytera.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain radio systems, repeaters, and base stations
• Program and license radios using manufacturer software
• Optimize network performance and troubleshoot radio/network issues
• Configure and manage Smart Dispatch software
• Coordinate across teams and handle multiple projects

Requirements:
• Diploma or BS in Telecommunication Engineering or related field
• 1–2 years of experience with telecom equipment and dispatch software
• Familiarity with Smart Dispatch
• Strong troubleshooting and networking skills
• Experience with Kenwood, Motorola, or Hytera systems
