At Vexel Tech, the Telecom Sales Agent plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer service. This position involves managing inbound calls from US customers, effectively identifying customer needs, and offering tailored telecommunication solutions. The agent acts as a trusted advisor by leveraging deep telecom product knowledge and consultative selling techniques to convert leads into satisfied clients. The role requires the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English, as fluency will be assessed through phone interviews. Candidates must also demonstrate resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused environment. While this role does not involve managing a team, it offers an opportunity to develop sales expertise within a supportive and disciplined organizational framework.


Responsibilities
 

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from US customers seeking telecommunication products and services.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to track interactions, manage customer information, and maintain detailed records of sales activities.
  • Generate and qualify new sales leads through proactive customer engagement and follow-up.
  • Apply expert knowledge of telecommunication products and internet services to recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
  • Conduct sales negotiations using consultative selling methods to close deals that satisfy both customer requirements and company targets.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of Vexel Tech.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills by clearly explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Maintain punctuality and strict adherence to designated shift schedules, particularly during night hours aligned with US Eastern time zones.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to continually improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow company policies and compliance guidelines to ensure ethical sales practices and confidentiality of customer information.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to share insights, strategies, and feedback to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Adapt to changing sales environments and adjust approaches to effectively manage a diverse range of customer profiles.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to supervisors regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Uphold professionalism and a positive attitude during all customer interactions to represent Vexel Tech’s brand effectively.
