Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and a strong desire to contribute to a sustainable future. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and promoting our solar panel cleaning services to homeowners, businesses, and solar energy system installers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through inbound and outbound calls to potential customers who own or are interested in solar cleaning.
• Educate prospects on the benefits of solar panel cleaning and the potential impact on energy efficiency and savings.
• Present and demonstrate our cleaning services, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages.
• Handle objections effectively and address any concerns or questions raised by prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the company system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for clients throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy or home services industry.
• Candidate should have proven prior experience in calling.
• Grip in using Microsoft tools
• Education minimum FSC
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
