Fauji Trans Terminal Limited (FTTL) is a subsidiary of Fauji Oil Terminal and Distribution Co. Ltd. (FOTCO), which serves as a Strategic National Asset responsible for handling over 70% of finished POL product imports of Pakistan at Port Qasim. Fauji Trans Terminal Limited (FTTL) is a 114,000 MT storage terminal for handling Bulk Oil / Petroleum Products, designed to cater to the oil industry’s Petroleum import/export needs. FTTL is located at Port Bin Qasim, Karachi, and provides direct connectivity for the unloading of POL from vessels and onwards dispatch through trucks or Cross-Country Pipeline.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi for a Terminal Manager. The Terminal Manager The Terminal Manager is accountable for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the terminal, ensuring operational excellence, asset integrity, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business performance. The role leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class HSSEQ performance, customer service excellence, and financial results in line with corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, reliable, and efficient end-to-end terminal operations (Vessels, tank farm, pipeline, and Tank Lorries) to achieve operational excellence and throughput targets.
• Champion HSSEQ culture, ensuring full compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining zero-harm objectives.
• Drive asset integrity and maintenance strategies to ensure high equipment reliability and lifecycle performance.
• Monitor and optimize terminal KPIs related to safety, availability, productivity, and customer service.
• Manage terminal OPEX and CAPEX budgets, driving cost efficiency and financial performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, product quality control, and loss prevention.
• Deliver high service standards aligned with customer contracts and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective liaison with authorities and external stakeholders.
• Support terminal expansion, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business strategy.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum) with a minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in refinery or bulk petroleum storage facility.
