Job Description:

Alpha Tea Pvt Ltd is looking for a Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to manage and grow sales in the assigned territory. The TSO will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, managing the distributor network, and ensuring brand visibility and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Visit distributors, wholesalers, and retail shops daily.
• Appoint and manage distributors where required.
• Monitor and ensure secondary sales performance.
• Ensure timely order booking and follow-ups on deliveries.
• Implement trade marketing and promotional plans.
• Track competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in FMCG (Tea industry experience preferred).
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Sound knowledge of assigned territory/market.
• Own motorcycle and valid driving license is mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
