This contractual position based in Karachi spans six months and is designed for a Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) who will play a crucial role within the Regional Operating Model. Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, the TSS supports regional sales initiatives by working closely with both internal teams and external partners. The focus is on driving growth across JazzCash, postpaid sales, and franchise/retail business development. The role demands daily market engagement, effective franchise management, and consistent achievement of sales targets while nurturing strong relationships with franchise owners and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and represent Jazz’s core values, business model, products, and regional market conditions.
- Conduct daily market visits to perform spot checks and retail audits, ensuring stock availability and compliance.
- Manage one or two assigned franchises based on their potential and geographic location, including daily reporting and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with franchise and retail networks to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Drive retail and distribution network growth by engaging franchise staff and distribution officers (DO).
- Focus on key performance enablers such as BVS activation, EVC (agent-to-agent servicing), market float management, DO service levels, and recharge performance.
- Achieve target KPIs including recharge sales, gross additions (prepaid and postpaid), JazzCash transactions (direct recharge, cash-in, mobile wallet), mobile broadband device sales, and active retail base expansion.
- Develop and execute plans to boost sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid subscriptions.
- Collaborate with retailers to plan below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with target achievements.
- Optimize trade marketing utilization and expand channel footprint while improving retailer servicing KPIs and minimum balance maintenance.
- Maintain territory integrity and prevent infringements.
- Foster and sustain healthy relationships with retailers and franchise owners.
- Continuously review and improve JazzCash and voice-related KPIs for both self and team.
- Proactively introduce innovative ideas and processes to enhance team performance.
- Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channel stakeholders, clearly explaining profitability models.

Required Qualifications

- Proven success in delivering challenging projects from planning through rollout and feedback.
- Ability to work independently as well as under supervision to improve sales and distribution channel effectiveness.
- Experience in consistently achieving monthly KPIs such as JazzCash wallet activations, postpaid and prepaid sales, remittances, cash-in transactions, and mobile number portability (MNP).
- Demonstrated capability to increase business penetration and meet assigned targets end-to-end.
- Strong skills in channel strengthening and development.
- Relevant experience in sales management and channel development.
