Role Overview

One of our clients is seeking licensed therapeutic experts to review intervention-focused guidance materials for individuals with developmental disabilities. This project emphasizes accuracy, evidence-based practices, and interdisciplinary care planning. The work is part-time and remote, providing the flexibility to contribute on a structured schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Review therapeutic intervention content for accuracy, clarity, and appropriate application across developmental disability populations.
• Validate descriptions of evidence-based practices, use-cases, and care-planning workflows.
• Identify and flag outdated, controversial, or misapplied therapeutic methods.
• Assess multidisciplinary guidance to ensure alignment with real-world clinical and community-based care models.
• Provide clear, structured expert feedback to uphold the highest dataset quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed senior therapist (e.g., BCBA, OT, SLP) or clinical/academic expert with 10+ years’ experience.
• Proven background supporting individuals with developmental disabilities across clinical, home, and community environments.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including behavioral, medical, educational, and family-support providers.
• Deep knowledge of evidence-based interventions, current debates, and proper use-cases.
• Ability to critically review structured therapeutic content with precision and professional judgment.

Role Details

• Type: Part-time, project-based
• Engagement: ~10 hours per week
• Duration: 4–6 weeks
• Work is fully remote and can be completed on your own schedule

Contract & Payment Terms

• Independent contractor role.
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on client needs and performance.
• Work does not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise.
