Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, organized, and data-driven TikTok Associate to support our global e-commerce efforts through TikTok. This is a multi-functional role that blends analytics, affiliate/content creator coordination, and active TikTok Shop management across international markets.

You’ll be the go-to person for driving TikTok content performance, managing creator partnerships, and optimizing our TikTok Shop presence—ensuring strong brand visibility and conversion through short-form content.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor and optimize TikTok content and shop performance (engagement, conversions, sales).
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to improve content and shop strategy.
  • Use TikTok Analytics and third-party tools to identify trends and performance drivers.

Affiliate & Content Creator Outreach

  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates globally.
  • Coordinate content timelines, briefs, and deliverables for product-based campaigns.
  • Track affiliate sales performance and ensure proper attribution via TikTok’s affiliate tools or third-party platforms.
  • Manage relationships with affiliates on TikTok affiliate center and via Discord Community.

TikTok Shop & International E-Commerce Management

  • Manage product listings, pricing, tagging, and promotional campaigns within TikTok Shop (global markets).
  • Coordinate product-related content with creators to maximize reach and conversion.
  • Work alongside e-commerce teams to align TikTok efforts with global platforms such as: Shopify and Amazon

Campaign Execution & Platform Operations

  • Support TikTok content calendar planning and ensure timely campaign rollouts.
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and new shop features.
  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, customer support, design, logistics) to support seamless campaign and order execution.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in TikTok content management, influencer coordination, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop and international e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, content best practices, and platform tools (Creator Marketplace, Ads Manager, affiliate tools).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially when working with global partners or remote teams.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with influencer campaign tracking tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Grin, etc.)
  • Understanding of international e-commerce logistics and order fulfillment
  • TikTok Ads experience or certification
