As we expand into international marketplaces, we are looking for detail-oriented professionals to help us showcase our tours accurately and efficiently across global booking platforms.About the Role
We’re hiring a Tour Listing Specialist responsible for publishing and managing our tour products on major travel marketplaces. This role involves copying tour data from our website and correctly formatting and uploading it to platforms such as GetYourGuide, Klook, Civitatis, Headout, Booking.com, and others.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, fast with data entry, understands marketplace formatting, and can spot and correct small inconsistencies to ensure every listing is professional and complete.Key Responsibilities
Upload and publish tours on third-party platforms (Klook, GetYourGuide, Civitatis, etc.)

Copy relevant product information from Tripventura.com and adapt it for each platform

Enter titles, descriptions, pricing, images, tags, and availability schedules accurately

Ensure each listing is SEO-optimized, complete, and free of formatting issues

Regularly update product information and remove outdated listings as needed

Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to get missing info or images

Follow each platform’s content guidelines and listing requirements

Track live listings and report errors or improvement suggestions

Requirements
1+ year of experience in data entry, travel operations, or e-commerce product uploads

Familiarity with platforms like GetYourGuide, Klook, Headout, Civitatis, Booking.com, etc.

Strong attention to detail and formatting

Comfortable working with web dashboards and CMS-like systems

Good written English for formatting and content accuracy

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple listing tasks at once

Bonus: Experience in the travel or tourism industry
